The Factory
The Factory is where concepts are engineered, industrialized, and executed at scale.
We take validated designs - developed internally in our Workshop or provided by customers - and progress them through rigorous Design for Assembly (DfA) and Design for Manufacturing (DfM) processes. Our focus is on optimizing products for automated, repeatable, high-throughput production.
Our mandate is simple: deliver reliable output that meets performance, quality, and cost targets.
The Factory integrates advanced manufacturing processes within a single, tightly controlled production environment to ensure consistency and scalability.
Our operating model is data-driven and transparent by design. Clear performance metrics, robust process controls, and closed-loop feedback systems enable continuous improvement and uncompromising manufacturing excellence.
You will be responsible for executing and supporting all incoming quality control activities across the manufacturing facility, with direct ownership of inspection and acceptance of all components, materials, and sub-assemblies received prior to production. You will ensure that only conforming materials enter the factory process flow.
As a key member of the quality organization, reporting directly to the Quality Control Manager, you will support the implementation of incoming inspection standards, supplier quality feedback, and material control processes. You will work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering teams to identify issues early and prevent defects from propagating into production.
Through disciplined inspection, accurate documentation, and timely escalation of nonconformities, you will protect product quality, reduce rework and scrap, and support stable, high-quality manufacturing operations.
This is a hands-on quality control engineering role requiring strong practical experience in inspection and material verification. You will be expected to operate confidently in receiving and inspection areas; performing checks, verifying documentation, and enforcing acceptance criteria in real time.
You will support quality control execution across the factory, reinforcing a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
