About

The Factory

The Factory is where concepts are engineered, industrialized, and executed at scale.

We take validated designs - developed internally in our Workshop or provided by customers - and progress them through rigorous Design for Assembly (DfA) and Design for Manufacturing (DfM) processes. Our focus is on optimizing products for automated, repeatable, high-throughput production.

Our mandate is simple: deliver reliable output that meets performance, quality, and cost targets.

The Factory integrates advanced manufacturing processes within a single, tightly controlled production environment to ensure consistency and scalability.

Our operating model is data-driven and transparent by design. Clear performance metrics, robust process controls, and closed-loop feedback systems enable continuous improvement and uncompromising manufacturing excellence.

What you’ll do

  • Role

You will be responsible for leading, implementing, and enforcing all health, safety, and occupational risk management activities across the manufacturing facility. You will ensure the factory operates in full compliance with applicable health and safety legislation, standards, and internal policies, while fostering a proactive safety culture that protects employees, contractors, and visitors.

As a critical member of the factory leadership team, you will be instrumental in defining safety strategy, risk controls, and prevention programs that support safe, stable, and high-performance manufacturing operations. You will work closely with production, engineering, facilities, and maintenance teams to embed safety into all processes, equipment, and behaviors.

Through disciplined hazard identification, incident prevention, training, and continuous improvement, you will reduce risk, prevent injuries, and ensure a safe working environment that supports productivity and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong practical experience in industrial health and safety environments. You will be expected to operate confidently on the shop floor; conducting inspections, leading investigations, coaching leaders, and enforcing standards in real time.
