The Factory
The Factory is where concepts are engineered, industrialized, and executed at scale.
We take validated designs - developed internally in our Workshop or provided by customers - and progress them through rigorous Design for Assembly (DfA) and Design for Manufacturing (DfM) processes. Our focus is on optimizing products for automated, repeatable, high-throughput production.
Our mandate is simple: deliver reliable output that meets performance, quality, and cost targets.
The Factory integrates advanced manufacturing processes within a single, tightly controlled production environment to ensure consistency and scalability.
Our operating model is data-driven and transparent by design. Clear performance metrics, robust process controls, and closed-loop feedback systems enable continuous improvement and uncompromising manufacturing excellence.
You will be responsible for the full life cycle management, reliability, and performance of all production assets and equipment within the manufacturing facility. You will ensure that equipment is specified, installed, operated, maintained, and retired in a controlled and disciplined manner that maximizes uptime, safety, and return on investment.
As a critical member of the factory operations and engineering team, you will be instrumental in defining and executing asset management strategies, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives that support stable, high-output manufacturing operations.
Through structured maintenance planning, data-driven decision making, and rigorous execution, you will minimize unplanned downtime, extend asset life, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness across the factory.
This is a hands-on engineering role requiring deep practical experience with industrial production equipment. You will be expected to operate confidently at the machine, system, and line level; diagnosing failures, coordinating repairs, managing spare parts, and supporting production teams in real time.
You will lead maintenance engineering execution across the factory, reinforcing a culture of reliability, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
