The Factory
The Factory is where concepts are engineered, industrialized, and executed at scale.
We take validated designs - developed internally in our Workshop or provided by customers - and progress them through rigorous Design for Assembly (DfA) and Design for Manufacturing (DfM) processes. Our focus is on optimizing products for automated, repeatable, high-throughput production.
Our mandate is simple: deliver reliable output that meets performance, quality, and cost targets.
The Factory integrates advanced manufacturing processes within a single, tightly controlled production environment to ensure consistency and scalability.
Our operating model is data-driven and transparent by design. Clear performance metrics, robust process controls, and closed-loop feedback systems enable continuous improvement and uncompromising manufacturing excellence.
You will be responsible for supporting the execution and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations across the factory, acting as a key operational and engineering link between production teams, engineering functions, and factory leadership. You will translate manufacturing strategy, targets, and standards into robust, repeatable shop-floor processes.
As a core member of the factory operations team, you will work closely with the Deputy Plant Manager and Plant Manager to stabilize production, improve throughput, enforce standard work, and resolve operational issues. You will be directly involved in day-to-day manufacturing execution while also driving longer-term process improvement initiatives.
Through disciplined process engineering, data-driven analysis, and hands-on execution, you will improve efficiency, quality, and reliability across production lines, supporting both current production requirements and future scale-up.
This is a hands-on manufacturing engineering role requiring strong practical experience in production environments. You will be expected to operate confidently on the shop floor; working directly with operators, supervisors, and technicians to identify issues, implement improvements, and ensure consistent execution.
You will act as a force multiplier for factory leadership, reinforcing operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement at the line and shift level.
