The Factory
The Factory is where concepts are engineered, industrialized, and executed at scale.
We take validated designs - developed internally in our Workshop or provided by customers - and progress them through rigorous Design for Assembly (DfA) and Design for Manufacturing (DfM) processes. Our focus is on optimizing products for automated, repeatable, high-throughput production.
Our mandate is simple: deliver reliable output that meets performance, quality, and cost targets.
The Factory integrates advanced manufacturing processes within a single, tightly controlled production environment to ensure consistency and scalability.
Our operating model is data-driven and transparent by design. Clear performance metrics, robust process controls, and closed-loop feedback systems enable continuous improvement and uncompromising manufacturing excellence.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain execution with approved suppliers, ensuring timely purchasing, accurate order placement, and effective communication across the supplier base. You will ensure materials, components, and services are procured in line with approved supplier lists, specifications, quality requirements, and production schedules.
As a key member of the supply chain and operations team, you will act as the primary operational interface between the factory and its suppliers. You will work closely with Warehouse, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to ensure material availability, delivery performance, and issue resolution.
Through disciplined purchasing execution, proactive supplier communication, and accurate tracking, you will support uninterrupted manufacturing operations while maintaining control over cost, quality, and delivery.
This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong coordination, organization, and communication skills. You will be expected to manage purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, resolve supplier issues, and escalate risks in a timely manner.
You will support a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the supply chain function.
