About

The Factory

The Factory is where concepts are engineered, industrialized, and executed at scale.

We take validated designs - developed internally in our Workshop or provided by customers - and progress them through rigorous Design for Assembly (DfA) and Design for Manufacturing (DfM) processes. Our focus is on optimizing products for automated, repeatable, high-throughput production.

Our mandate is simple: deliver reliable output that meets performance, quality, and cost targets.

The Factory integrates advanced manufacturing processes within a single, tightly controlled production environment to ensure consistency and scalability.

Our operating model is data-driven and transparent by design. Clear performance metrics, robust process controls, and closed-loop feedback systems enable continuous improvement and uncompromising manufacturing excellence.

What you’ll do

  • Role

You will be responsible for leading and managing all warehouse, inventory, and internal logistics operations across the manufacturing facility. You will ensure that materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods are received, stored, handled, and issued in a controlled, accurate, and efficient manner that supports uninterrupted factory operations.

As a critical member of the factory operations team, you will be instrumental in defining warehouse processes, inventory controls, material flow, and internal logistics systems that support production, quality, and delivery targets. You will work closely with supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and production teams to ensure material availability, traceability, and integrity.

Through disciplined inventory management, structured warehouse operations, and rigorous execution, you will minimize material shortages, losses, and handling errors, while ensuring accurate stock visibility and efficient material flow throughout the factory.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong practical experience in industrial warehouse and logistics environments. You will be expected to operate confidently in receiving, storage, kitting, and dispatch areas; managing teams, enforcing procedures, and resolving issues in real time.

You will lead warehouse execution across the factory, reinforcing a culture of accuracy, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

    • Manage cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock reconciliations.
    • Identify and resolve material shortages, discrepancies, and handling issues.
    • Lead warehouse staff, supervisors, and material handlers.
    • Ensure safe material handling, storage, and housekeeping standards.
    • Support ERP / inventory system accuracy and transactions.
    • Coordinate with supply chain on deliveries, shortages, and priorities.
    • Support factory expansion, layout changes, and capacity planning from a warehouse perspective.
